Overview

Ayre is designed with privacy at its core. Your data stays on your devices — we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.

Data We Do Not Collect

Ayre does not collect:

Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Location data
Health or biometric data
Usage analytics or tracking data
Advertising identifiers

Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch and never leaves your devices:

Schedules — your habit schedule configurations
Preferences — notification settings and display preferences
Urge counter — the number of breathing exercises completed

This data is synced between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework via a direct, encrypted, device-to-device connection. It is never sent to any server.

Subscriptions

Ayre offers a monthly subscription processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscription management is handled by Apple. See Apple's subscription support page for details.

Third-Party Services

Ayre does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only external service involved is Apple's StoreKit for subscription management.

Children's Privacy

Ayre is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
