How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days of full access for free. After that, the subscription is $1.99/month. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Ayre, and tap Cancel. You can also manage it from the Settings screen inside the app.

Why isn't my Watch syncing?

Make sure your Apple Watch is paired and the Ayre Watch app is installed. Open the iPhone app — schedules sync automatically when the app is in the foreground. If it still doesn't work, try restarting both devices.

I'm not getting notifications on my Watch

Check that notifications are enabled in the Ayre settings (inside the Watch app). Also make sure notifications for Ayre are allowed in your Watch's system settings. The Watch needs to be on your wrist and unlocked to receive haptic alerts.

How do I set up the complication?

Long-press your watch face, tap Edit, and add the Ayre complication to an available slot. It shows your current status and a countdown timer in real time.

Is my data private?
